There’s a famous quote sometimes attributed to Abraham Lincoln that ends with; “….you can’t please all of the people all of the time”. With that principle firmly in mind, we have decided to focus our efforts to the areas in which we can successfully be “expert”. Our area of expertise is providing high quality commercial cleaning to medium and large office spaces in Las Vegas NV.
For this reason we are unable to service the following types of clients:
- Residential Cleaning
- Retail Establishments
- Food Service locations
- Salons (beauty, tanning or nails)
- One- Time Cleanings (not attached to a regular service contract)
- Commercial spaces needing services less than 3 times per week
- Commercial spaces with less than 10,000 square feet of cleanable space
- Proposals where the buyer is required to take the lowest price & is not allowed to consider other factors such as: experience, service levels, references, etc.
Although we cannot service these types of customers, we may be able to refer a colleague in the industry, so please feel free to contact us anyway if you’d like a referral. After almost 20 years providing cleaning services in the Las Vegas areas, we know quite a few of the good companies in town. We’re in the “service” industry and we’ll always try to help you in any way we can!
